blue and white smoke are oil and coolant...not a good sign...have a compression check lately?

If its after you let off a hard accel and its a good bit of blue smoke, it may be your rings. I am having a similar problem @ 110k miles. How many miles on your motor. Also, you need to remember that exhaust pipes come with some sort of oil coating on them that burns off for about 3-4 days and smokes. Wait a bit and see if it stops.

The gas smell is normal with gutted cats, and some blue smoke (oil consumption) is normal after high rpm runs, its called blow by. If its an extreme amount then there might be a problem.

a friend of mine has SLP headers with a Borla exhaust, whenever we mess around and I am behind him, his car blows out dark bluish smoke, and yes it is only at high RPM's and he has about 80K on his car.....
