Default should i go another step colder on plugs?

i am running the tr-6 now but they are still pretty white. i only had about 50 miles on them when i checked so i dont know if that was enough to have signs or not. the electrode is whitish/gray but mostly whitish. the porcelin is white still. should i go the next range colder on the plug? or check it now? i have about 150 miles on them now.

If it's not misfiring.. I'd add some more fuel with tuning.

well after talking to Rick at synergy, I went colder and the car runs a lot better. Also helped clear up some bucking.

What did you go with?

I'm using TR5's at 45 now, thinking of TR6 at 39.

I also had tip-in knock since getting the car new, and ran tr6's for awhile which helped but not completely. They would also stay pretty white like yours. But I completely fixed the problem with the combo of: Rapidfire #8 plugs (@ .05), 28# injectors (with correct PCM changes), !EGR with PCM changes (no added EGR timing). Can't say which change helped most, or if any was not needed. Supposedly I don't need the injectors, but the stock 26# would go 100% duty cycle at around 5K rpm. Using stock timing except for no EGR advance.
