How to unbolt wiper arms???!!
I'm removing plastic cowl so I can relocate the coil pack. I'm trying to get the wiper arms to unbolt.
I have taken the nut of the base of the arm, I have pryed, tapped the shaft with a hammer while prying.
How does this f#cking thing come off?????????????
Any help appreciated.

It is a pressed fir. Somtimes they are on there pretty good. I have used bent nose needle nose & a rag to pop them. Also have used a battery terminal puller(mini puller) to get them B-4.

Use a puller (98 Camaro)
Hi
Once the nuts are off you need to use a puller. Buy a cheep battery connector puller from an auto parts store. It will be too long, so you will have to cut the shaft down and then mount a nut on the end, so you can use a wrench on it. You will have to either weld the nut on, or get an acorn style nut.
You need to make the puller as short as possible to get it in on the drivers side. The hood has to be up and then you have to fit the puller in under the edge of the hood and over top of the wipper shaft. I made one and it works great.
Make sure you put some masking tape on the windshield to mark the psition of the wippers for putting them back on. I got one back on a little high and left it that way. One day I will get it back on in a lower position. Also, put some never seaze on the threads

i had the same issue when i did my coil pack relocation. i rented a small pulley puller from autozone and it did the trick. make sure u know how to position the arms when you remount them. i had to put them on and take them off a few times to get it right
