Default Anti-seize on header bolts?

Just got my headers on and was wondering if I should have used some anti-seize on the bolts that go into the cylinder head? While were at it should I put it on the spark plugs too?

Anti seize on the spark plugs a good idea. A lil' locktite on the header bolts not a bad idea either.

My bolts had thread locker on them from the factory. A drop or two of high temp red loctite is all you need. This is what is specified by GM.
