anyway to test a coil? Hey I dont have an Fbody but when I go to montecarlo boards no one seems to know my answers..... so I decided to come to the smart guys. Problem is, I have a 95 monte, after sitting in traffic on a hot day and the car gets real hot( not overheating though) I notice that after I shut it off and restart it drops 1 or 2 cylinders.After letting it cool off for the night it goes back to normal.Is this the sign of a weak coil?Thats what Im leanin towards? Is there anyway to test them? Thanks
