Need help,want to change AC tensioner on 02 ZO6 Dealer wants $400 parts/labor to swap the tensioner, the tensioner itself is $90. I want to change it myself and wanted to know if anyone has done this on a C5 vette and how to go about getting it done. I hear it needs to be done from the bottom, but from the top it looks like I couldnt even get my hands in there as the crossmember/leafspring and power steering rack are in the way. Looks like it would be difficult from the top too. Any suggestions? What tools, and torque? Thanks in advance.
