Electric water pump leaking!

I have a Meziere electric water pump on my 2002 Z28, it came with the car so I'm unsure of the mileage, but anyway I noticed tonight the damn thing is leaking where the two halves (front/back) join together. Anyone ever see this? Is there any kind of warranty on this? It should have about 10,000 miles on it right now according to the previous owner. Can I rebuild it? This sucks......
