Default SLP TCS Lock Module?

Hey guys, just looking on speedinc.com and saw this Lock Module and was wondering if anyone knows anything about it? Just wondering if you can use it even if you don't have traction control? I'm just overpowering my rears and was wondering if I could use one of these to what SLP says as "bog" the rear wheels to stop wheel spin? It's Item# SLP63014 on speedinc.com.

I think that most people just pull the TCS fuse, and save 45$.
I dont think that it would work in your case, I thought that it was just for traction control elimination and what not. Could be wrong. anyone know for sure?

If you dont have "TCS" it will do you no good. All it dose is reverse the operation. Leavs TCS off un till you hit the switch to turn it on.

All ways off until you turn it on. vs all ways on until you turn it off
