Default PCV Boot

Mine is ripped...the little bracket just tore it up, so the PCV valve pops out every time I start up the car.

I've temporarily secured it with a tie wrap, holding pretty good a actually....but I want to replace it with a new boot.

GM seems to only sell the entire tubing, that streches to the back of the manifold, and charging $80 for all that tubing, boot and new pcv valve.

Has anyone come up with an aftermarket fix, something I can pick up at the local auto store for a few bucks?

I might be able to get a better price for the OEM part online, but i dont know the part number. The local dealer that looked it up for me, wouldnt give out the part number (go figure :-)

Does anyone know the GM part number?

I'd look for one at a junk yard or put a post in our wanted section..
