Default Black Painted vs Ceramic Coating

I was looking at these pacesetter LT headers, they are a good price but they are black painted. Are there any real drawbacks to the painted over the ceramic coated??

The paint will peel off within a few weeks. Then they will rust. I have the painted ones (should have got the coated)
