Default How hard is it to install SLP Cold Air induction?

Does anybody know how to install cold air kit or have any pics of theirs installed. What tools do I need. I have little knowledge about this type of stuff.

Piece 'o' cake. Should take you like 20 minutes. All I used was a screwdriver and a dremmel with a cutoff wheel.
