Default Backfire between 1000 1500 rpm's

Hi I have a 2000 camaro SS, and i recently installed a new intake manifold, 90mm throttle body, msd coil packs, iridium spark plugs, wires, and now it backfires between 100 and 1500 rpms..the backfire is not really loud. I changed the oild and replaced the o2 sensors today. I had also installed a performance mass air flow sensor but didnt like it so i put the old one back. I have a granettelli diablo sport scanner and it says its running lean. Could this cause the backfire or what else could it be?? And what could I do to correct it. I was also told that it could be the ignition module??But do LS1 engines have those??? Thanx for any help

I could be lean. May need to be tuned. The 2000's have the smallest injectors of any year LS1.

Ignition on these cars is rarely an issue.
