Anyone know the part number or where to get these? The clip on the left is for the passenger rear O2 sensor wire and the clip on the right is a guide for the passenger wheel speed sensor harness (these clips are used in many other places on the car). I've checked with one dealership, but they were not able to come up with anything.

I agree. Better luck at a scrapyard. Stuff like that can be a bitch to run down through the dealer. If you can find out who makes the fasteners like that (surely someone somewhere knows) you might be able to get them from the manufacturer.
Through the years I've come to be quite creative with hose clamps and zip ties.
