I went with pacesetter and a jet hot catted y...Works great for me, tucks up nicely, headers fit awesome and were easy to put in. The jet hot cats are kinda shitty but they make it a little easier on the ears and the merge is not the greatest.

I went with the Pacesetters and the TSP(Texas Speed Performance) ORY and they had a deal for both for $500 so I went with the O2 exstensions from them also and with the shipping was a few bucks under $600 for everything to my front door. TSP is a sponsor so check them out. Everyone that I talked to so far like the TSP Y pipe better than the Pacesetter.

Went with the pacesetters also. Got the coated LT's and then bought the TSP catted Y pipe for around your target price. I believe TSP's deal is the catted y and headers for something like 700. I haven't put em on yet but if ur still looking when I do, Ill let u know how i like them.
