Pacesetter Install (Yes, I searched.)
I'm trying to make sure I've got everything before I start this ordeal. I'm planning on getting TSP's deal on Pacesetter ceramic LT's without emissions fittings and y-pipe. So to install, I will need the following: gaskets, two O2 extensions, and two O2 sims (or tune). Now, the "without emissions fittings" version, does that just not come with the EGR tube? I plan on removing AIR and EGR from the car completely when I do this. Or will I need the blockoff plate for that tube coming up from the header? Am I missing anything? Thanks.

You will need o2 extensions.
You will need o2 sims or a tune.
Without emissions fittings means just that, they're smooth headers with no ports for EGR. The only blockoff plate you'll need is on the top of your intake manifold right behind the TB.
Removing EGR and AIR is a good idea, and if I were you I would replace Spark Plugs/Wires while the headers are off.
Good luck!

Just for a little better visual. You can go here to this link for instructions on exaclty how to remove all the air and egr stuff. I followed it and it made the job very easy.

U don't completely need the extensions, pacesetter sends a "kit" (bunch of wire and conncetor boots) so that u can make ur own extensions. U just cut the 02 sensor wires one by one and add enough wire then crimp them together with the boots suplied. Many wont do this but i did and they have held up since January.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but with a LT install your going to WANT to update/upgrade your PCV solution to compensate for the pressure change correct?
I have yet to do so, but am looking for the easiest/best way to adress that and solve oil consumption problems aswell.
I'd recommend doing some searching on this topic just so you know if you want/need to get either a catch can or an upgraded PCV system.
If I'm right, its something you could use anyway, and usually recommended with exhaust upgrades.
Take a look at this thread for more info on PCV stuff..
