Default To put the cutout..?

ok guys i got a QTP electric cutout and i have TSP catted y pipe but i was wondering what side to put it on and why? anyone help me out with this?

I put it on the I-pipe right where the hump is for the rear passenger seat. It sits up there real nice and clears everything.

On the actual I pipe, after the Y-pipe before the rear end. It sits right in the hump where the rear passenger seat is. Or if you wnat that real, raw engine sound, do what GTObsessor said and get another one and link the connections to the one switch. I run without cats so its all the same to me on my car.
