Every little bit helps type of mod. You wont see/feel results in driving, but dyno's show it helps.

It's a PITA to get the hose off the drivers side, but not a very difficult mod to do. Kits sell on ebay around 8-12$ or you can buy the parts at someplace like Home Depot. In fact, when you do get the kit, you'll kick yourself for not saving 90% of what you spent.

Check the External Engine section. There's posts on the subject there.

Why would you post this in two different sections?

Do a search, it's been discussed.

Dyno results have shown it can give up to 3-5 rwhp improvement, so it's definitely worth doing.

it takes like 10 min , all you need is a little piece of tube from the auto parts store, easy as that, its very very simple to do

I've never really understood how this mod could really do anything. I would think that at the flowrate air is passing through the throttle body, it wouldn't be in there long enough to heat up, especially at higher rpms. Could be wrong, though.

It's kinda one of those things that isn't going to help much, but doesn't hurt to do.

ouch, that would be wild. ^^ TB bypass is well worth it i think, all those little free mods add up in the end. while your at it might as well do the EGR mod, if your car still has that option.
