Default Slp headers....

Should I get the SLP headers???? They seem kinda funny, all twisted up, but they say they do that to create a vaccumm.... are these the best headers to get?

try a search

the headers are decent LT's that hang lower than most headers for the f-body. Iduno about the vette

that said i think SLP products are overrated and a waste of money

My friend has them on an F bod, they hang pretty low.
(I had seen pics b4, but wow!)
Never saw any on a 'vette. Might be totally cool, dunno.
I would keep looking for some pics/opinions for the vette
style.

I have SLP LT's they flow great, I also have about a 2 inch drop on my car they hang low so you would have to be careful pulling in some places. For the most part they have not been a big pain for me.

there are better options out there for around the same price. SLP is not a name many respect for aftermarket parts. check out kooks, QTP, LG and a few others. our wonderful sponsors carry a nice selection and are for the most part very helpful

Same here, SLP LT, sounds and flow great, with 1 1/2" drop.

Usually not a problem, but I always have to be aware and careful driving in/out driveways and some speed bumps.

If I was to do it again, I wouldnt have used SLP. I most likely would have gone with kooks stepper - I still might :-) but not right now.
