Default Little help with an exhaust rattle

I have a borla cat back and in the past two months or so I'm gettin a nasty rattle from it that I've never had before. I've checked the clamps and the hanger for it and they seem fine. Sure when I bang on the pipes they move some but all in all they are pretty damn stiff and sound. I have noticed that the heat plate is no, probably always have, is reston on the one pipe. But like I said..I would assume I've always had this.

Anyone got any ideas where I should look also, or have any tips on how to silence this pest?

could be a blown baffle inside the muffler.

Heat shield resting on pipe = buzz or rattle fairly continuous.
Heat shield closer than 1/2" = rattle under acceleration or
engine braking.

You need to adjust it loosen the pipe going over the axle and to the muffler it probably started a few months after you installed it huhh... its cause it settled oh yeah make sure its that pipe isnt resting anywhere else cause it will make a vibrating sound sort of like the heat shield sound...
