do you need o2 extensions for flowtech headers?

Default do you need o2 extensions for flowtech headers?

im looking online and it offers ORY and o2 sims w/ the coated headers, but i dont see o2 extensions like on the pacesetters

You need O2 extensions for all but shorty headers.
