Default Is this broken?

I have a question for you guys.

On my LS1 that I am currently mounting in my '69 Z/28

I have a part that looks broken. Can someone tell me if it is and what the broken part should connect to.

Thanks

Thanks for a quick answer.

Do I need a EVAP line from the tank in my configuration?

Tank's inc intank fuel pump in stock '69 Camaro tank is what I am using.

EVAP releases pressure from the tank, if you dont run EVAP system, you're gonna need someway to vent the tank

On these old cars it vents thru the gas cap.

So I guess that will work OK.
