Default Which Header Gaskets

I bought some Percy's Dead Stop Aluminum Seal 4 Good gaskets I was planning on using and when I got my Kooks they gave me some of there Carbon 2000 (insert degree symble) gaskets.

My question is which to use and what one to sell? I've heard both are good, what do you guys think?

The Carbon XX came for free from Kooks and the others where cheap enough, I was planning on using some stock metal ones but I have these now and just want to know if one is better than the other from everyone's experiance?
