Default best horsepower exhaust?

i have a pair of pacesetter lt's and i don't know what to do. what is the most hp i get get from my exhaust with them. i was told if i go with my stock 2 1/4 pipe i am wasting hp. i don't know how much back pressure i need or anything. what about sound and power? let me know guys thanks

Throw some true duals on there.....that will net you the most power. There are several different muffler choices. Each one will differ slightly on horsepower produced but not that much. If you want to stick with a traditional catback, Magnaflow and Hooker are reasonably priced exhausts that sound good and produce great power. They both have 3 inch I-pipes as well.

with the best sound and power i would go with TD's but if your like me and thats not an option due to where i live(cause it both against the law, AND i need ground clearance) id go with a resonated system over a muffler system cause they sound so much better, and i dunno if its a fact but i would think they would flow alot better considing u can see right through them...

BTW, im talkin about loudmouth, GMMG, TSP rumbler ect..

If its going to be a bolt on car I would go with ORY and catback. I have Pacesetters > ORY > Hooker cat back with no cats and I love it. I think its good up to almost 400 BHP.

Loudmouth and Rumbler with LT's and no cats do not sound good. RASP, DRONE and major headache.
