Will LS6 intake from 05 CTS-V work on LS1???

My buddy is considering buying an LS6 intake manifold from a 2005 CTS V. I'm not sure if it will bolt up to his 00 z28 LS1. The part number on the intake is 12573572... I'm pretty sure it will bolt right up but just making sure.

yeah it will fit

Only issue might be the bosses that the throttle cable bracket bolt on to.
