Default gaskets

Can someone please help me with header gaskets. I put on Pacesetter long tubes and used the supplied(P.O.S.) gaskets. Now I have a bad exhaust leak. I need it fixed badly. Can someone please tell me where I can get gaskets? I tried NAPA but I dont know what shape ports they are?( oval or D shaped) It is an 01 z LS1. Thanks.

The gaskets that Pacesetter sent are no good? If not I need to tell my mechanic ASAP! I told him to use the ones supplied :-/

The ones they send you are cheap paper gaskets. The GM stockers are metal gaskets... you do the math.

Yeeeeeah you blew it.

Tell him to reuse the stockers unless they are damaged too bad, in that case, you'll need some new ones from GM. I think they are about $14 a piece.

99% of the time the stockers are fine. Mine were golden, even with 100k on them.

It frusterates me that they even include those crappy paper gaskets. People that don't frequently visit this site wouldn't know that they belong in the trash either. They should come with a warning: USE AT YOUR OWN RISK, KNOWN TO CAUSE EXHAUST LEAKS.
