Default exhaust setup

hey guys, decided on my exhaust setup and wanted to get your opinions. i have a 99 ss m6 with a ms3 cam.

pacesetters lt headers( ceramic coated)
qtp y-pipe w/ electric cutouts
gmmg catback

good or not good? thanx.

Sounds good to me.....I am going for the same cam, in th near future...But I have TD's....Have fun!!

Good.....but expensive. If you're spending that much, you might look at getting true duals run out the back. It'll sound better (IMO) and cost about the same. Just my $.02

should be a good setup, but save yourself some money and dump the cut outs. The GMMG is a very good catback and the only restriction you are likely to see is the 3" tubing itself so cut outs won't really offer anything.

If your setup makes 400rwhp+ on a Mustang dyno (not Dynojet) then 2.5" duals would perhaphs offer a little more, but IMO not enough to worry about.

thanx. but what true dual setup would be good? i know i want the pacesetters lt headers, but what true dual setup would work the best? with an aggressive tune, they said it should easily hit 400 rwhp.
