Default Ported my TB. Pics

Ported my TB the other day. Thanks to Chris for your help. i think it turned out pretty nice. I was really pleased with the power gains, it was more than i thought it would be.

Grinded down the lip, sanded and polished a little, half shaft, and grinded down the bump stop.

ill only post on pic cuz they are big, but here are the rest

i have access to an air compressor, rotary tool and a ton of different bits.

i took my time and it took less than an hour, but the tools i was using were badass

i started with an aluminum bit and ripped out the lip, then took a finer one and smoothed it out. then a sanding wheel to smooth it further

then by hand i used 120 grit, then 600 grit, then a little metal polish. i could have gotten a mirror finish, but it would have taken a lot of time. did the bumpstop mod and the half shaft.
