Did I just find a GMMG exhaust for under 100?
Guys,
My brother and I went to a junkyard today and I found what appears to be a GMMG exhaust on a totaled SS. The guy wanted 100 if I pulled it myself and I got him down to 75. It took my brother about an hour to get it off. There is one dent in the inlet pipe which I think you can see from the picture and the tips were trashed but overall it looks to be in excellent condition.
Can the GMMG experts confirm that I indeed found a GMMG exhaust? I was ready to buy one of these new last week but when I emailed they said they were out of stock so I decided to wait.

Looks to be all stainless, yes. The I pipe was trashed. One tip is ripped (the one in the picture) and the other had the end crushed. I'm hoping I can reuse the I pipe that is on may car now. Currently I have an SLP Dual/Dual catback on my car.
I was jumping for joy when I saw this thing. I was 90% sure it was a GMMG. I felt bad for my brother lying on his back in the mud for an hour but I bought him dinner to make it up to him

Thanks for confirming guys!
Now I have one more really stupid question. The oval tips are useless so I need to buy new tips. The tailpipes seem to be 2 1/2" O.D. Do I buy 2 1/2" I.D. Tips or larger I.D tips like 2 3/4"? I'm having a brain fart and don't want to buy the wrong size tips as I will most likely buy them off the net.
Thanks!

Magnaflow.com has a bunch of badass tips for sale, if you find some you like, search the part number and the word magnaflow on Ebay. You can get 90% of the ones listed on magnaflow.com for 1/2 price.
You might also want to check out the Mecham tips too. I'm all for understated and low profile tips on Camaros.

Yeah, I see you may have scratched you hardwood floors with the exhaust, totally negating any savings. Tell you what, I will go ahead and offer 200.00 for the GMMG so you can have your floor fixed, just an idea.
