Will a QTP Y-pipe fit around a Spohn DS loop?

Will a QTP Y-pipe fit around a Spohn DS loop? I was looking at getting a stainless steel y-pipe. But need to know if I'll have clearance issues with a Spohn torque arm with driveshaft loop interfering with the flowmaster collector on the QTP y-pipe. Does anyone have this combination, and if so, did you use the strait crossbar, or the longtube style crossbar? I just got rid of the longtube style bar because it was always hitting the ground, so I'll probably need that one now 
I also heard that Kooks is starting to produce stainless y-pipes soon, so I might wait for that instead.

yes it will. i tried to fit mine and it was terrible how bad it was. i will probably just cut the hoop off and install it . my fuel lines may have to be moved also.
