really weird issue with dim t/a head lights i posted this in the electronic section but noone is reading it or helping out

pretty much when my low beams are on my high beams are dimly lit along wiht the passenger side low beam, the driver side low beam works fine. when i turn on the high beams the driver side works like normal but the pass side does not work at all
i need to fix this TODAY so i need help fast. mods please dont delete this from here, i nkow it should just be in the other forum but i never get any answers when i post in there. i know this has had to happen to someone before.
