water temp sending unit adapter What size is the adapter needed to install a sending unit where the plug is above the starter? Sending unit is 1/8" auto meter.

I'm looking for the exact same thing. This is the only thread I could find using search. I think the adapter is part of this kit I found on eBay. I was hoping somebody here knew the answer so that I could buy just the adapter I need locally. I understand this should mount in a coolant jacket just above the starter.

It's in the kit that amsterdamn provided link for. You can also go to autobarn's (same company in link) website and buy there. http://www.autobarn.net/eqoilpreselt.html
FYI the adapter needed to install in pasenger side head is included too.
