I would be bias if I said to get it, but the 700 i spent on it was worth every single penny. True duals usually sound better, but that can get expensive as well. Go to ls1sounds.com and listen to a few other exhuasts before you make your decision, but listening to it is person is a much better way of making your decision, this is pretty much why I bought the GMMG becasue I heard it in person and it really didn't compare to other cat back exhuast the I heard. But to each its own.

I think it is because its stainless steel, no ugly mufflers, only two pieces to the install, sounds incredible etc. etc. Its well worth the $.

The search function works wonders.

But to answer your question, yeah it's a great catback. Probably the best sound you can get from a Y-pipe setup on a stockish LS1.

Worth every penny. Awesome sound on stock manifolds and cats. Fiending for longtubes and hi-flow cats now.

Where are you from? Maybe post in the regional section and see if you can find somewhere near you with a GMMG to hear it in person. I didn't get to hear one in person before I bought mine. Went on feedback from this forum and haven't regreted buying my GMMG for one second.

Would you say that since I have a couple of Mods that the Corsa would sound as good? Or do you still recomend the GMMG?

Provided you don't want to find anything. Search has been bust for months, and still only returns resent results at best if any at all.

Personally I think it's a good system.

However it's worth looking at the Stainless Works (sponsor --->) chambered system, it's not quite as loud but more refined and similar money.

If you want anohter alternative check out the SLP LM, it's probably louder than the GMMG but it sounds good. There's some good clips of it on LS1sounds.com

IMO the LM is 90% GMMG for half the money.

Definately check out some sounds clips before making a decision. I have the GMMG, and my friend has the LM II. IMO, the extra money I payed for the GMMG was money well spent! I don't think they sound very much alike at all.
