Default y-pipe or true duals w/x-pipe

I am looking for some help deciding on an exhaust setup. I have Loudmouth now but I have heard loudmouth does not sound very good with LTs. So I will probably end up going with true duals instead, but one concern I have is I want to get the QTP LT but I dont know if the TSP X-pipe will fit up like with the Pacesetter or Hooker. Will it matter what LTs I use and what other companies make an X-pipe TD. I also need some info on other needed parts with a True Dual setup, like do I need a PHB relocation kit???

It will sound good with LT's if you are catted and like it loud! Otherwise you will end up with a pile of raspy worthless crap.
