true dual question
Depending on how good the duals are setup, i was wondering if im going to have a problem going up my steep driveway with them, i enter it at a angle so i do hit hte front of my car. do u think duals will be a big problem if i go really slow? its a stock ride height SS.

you can esspect about 4" clearance at the losest point, of course that depends on the kit you buy, quality of installation, what headers you have.
But typically around 4" has been where ive seen most non lowered duals sitting.
That's just taken from the photos ive seen on this site so..
What headers and what TD system you doing?
That would help to know.

With dual exhaust the ground clearance should be better than it is with that stupid, stock "Y" pipe exhaust system if you run the pipes in the same location that the original single pipe ran on the Camaro or Firebird. Plan your dual system, don't just run pipe for the sake of being able to say that you have dual exhaust. With my dual exhaust system, I have more ground clearance than I had with that stupid "Y" pipe system.

Ok good, there is a setup on ebay, that a company makes, looks alot like TSP's but its only like $200. The company is out of Troy Michigan, just type in Ls1 and then go to about the 190-300 range and there should be a couple setups for sale in that section. The headers i want to run are going to be either Pacesetters or Edelbrocks. Should i go bullets or sweet thunders? i have a feeling that bulllets are gonna be too loud...i have a m6, and cam will be later on, will it be crazy loud with just Lt's and duals with bullets?

That's my setup, TSP TD's (Dynomax Bullets) and QTP longtubes, stock internals.
I imagine yours will sound similar if you get full LT's and an X Pipe.

On a car with stock springs you shouldnt have to worry about ground clearance. As long as you keep rolling into your driveway at an angle I cant see you having any issues with scraping. If you have any information or need pricing on a True Dual setup, feel free to send me a pm!

I'd contact the TSP guys about that one.
I know the TSP system is designed for the Jet-hot/Hooker/Pacesetter type of header, and mine are QTP.
So there is some cross compatibility, but I think SLP's are a totally different type header.
Sorry to ramble, yeah, I'd shoot one of the TSP guys a PM about it, because its a good product IMO. I dealt with Jon at TSP, he hooked me up.

On my ta I can pretty much drive anywhere except really steep driveways which I have to take at a angle. As far as speed bumps, there is no way in hell that I could get over them. But, my car has the pro kit installed. I think you wont have a problem at all riding stock height.
