Default K&N filter oiling

I'm definately a Newbie and made a dumb mistake I think. I cleaned and re-oiled my K&N filter, and oiled the wrong side (the clean side). Is this anything to worry about? I wouldnt think so, but just wanted to get anyones opinion. Should I clean it again and re-oil it, or am I just worrying about nothing?

I'd probably clean it and re-oil it. There'd be a lesser chance of getting oil film all over your MAF wires.

Agreed. Remove all of the oil & then re-oil using a very thin amount on outside of the filter. It only needs a slight mist.

And 3 for recleaning/reoiling. Its alot cheaper than a new MAF.
