Take it to either advanced auto or autozone and get them to read the code for you they will do it for free. Did you hook the emmisions crap back on and put sims in the back?

You need to either purchase o2 sims (about $90) or have a tuner delete your rear o2's.

Its the front o2's acting up most likely. Get it scanned at autozone to be sure. Mine came on and off as well...get some bosch 13111's if it keeps bugging you.

The rear o2s are just for emissions they shouldn't affect the performance, but with the light going on and off, I'd be betting it's the front o2s (and they can affect performance) like Lithium said, get some bosch 13111s if the light keeps appearing.
One question for you, was today colder than it has been since you put the exhaust on?

Could be that the 02 sensor's aren't heating up quick enough. I had that problem, so do a few others that have long tubes. I'd be willing to bet that that's the problem, especially since it is intermittent.

yea when i put the headers on the weather was like 55-60 degrees and yesterday it dropped to like 30 degrees so yesterday was the first cold day since the headers were on. let me know what this means or what it could be thanks.

All it does is that if the 02 sensors don't heat up within a certain amount of time it throws a code. It just means you have to wait a little longer before the 02 sensors start to read correctly. Doesn't hurt anything, unless you are one of those people that crank the car up and go wot out of the driveway. They should be heated by 1.5 minutes or so.

It's possible, if that's the problem, but I'm not positive. Disconect your battery for like 5 minutes and see what happens. Typically, if codes come on and off they aren't a problem and usually are due to the 02 sensors.

Just a theory, it seems when you have headers, if the weather turns cold, the o2s start acting up more, the headers retain less heat then the cast iron manifolds, and it causes the o2s to get too cool to function correctly, but as the weather warms up the o2s problems seem to become less frequent

I'm with 777 on this one, if he is right it happens because your o2's arent up in the engine bay anymore so they arent getting the heat from the motor to aid in warming up. If thats the case after a few resets of the PCM the computer will log the code in history and the SES light wont come back on for that code. Get it scanned to be sure though.
