For the cheapest way to do it, You can cutoff your stock flanges and weld them up.

Wouldn't it be easier to just trace an air gasket onto a sheet of aluminum? Nice job though!

**** I feel like a hillbilly. fixed my block off plates by taking 2 curtain weights and a dremel and went to town, holdin up okay so far. Might take my air fitting in to get welded up, sounds like a cleaner look

I just cut the air tube flange off and bolted a piece of metal between them w/rtv. Works like that for me

I got one of those aluminum bar things you get for 2 bucks at the hardware store and cut it the right length with a cutoff wheel. Works great.

For my new headers I had the whole air tube thing cutoff and welded shut.

Is it free or do they offer a free trial ? I've used some older CAD software in the past and would like to start playing with it again.
