Default EGR Mod?

Well, I did the EGR mod on top of the intake. Will anything go wrong? Any problems with this? I cannot logically think of one, other than there is no small reservior type catch for deposits, but hell, anything can deposit on anything else. What do you guys think?

I did the EGR mod and had no ill-effects from it. Just make sure the tube seals once it is reinstalled.

Make sure the tube doesn't leak air where it goes into the intake - friend of mine did it and wasn't sealed, threw a SES light.

Did you have the DTC's disabled for not having the EGR?

Nah, I just took the Dremel and cut the thing off and smoothed it out. Should I have disabled something? I mean, nothing changed except the size of the cylinder from a cylinder with a small hole to no cylinder with a larger hole.

Nothing to disable, you'll be fine.
