Default Torq Specs For Header Bolts - Collection Pipe

There are three bolts that connect the flanges between the end of the header and the collection pipe...anyone know what the torq specs are? I think they are 15 ftlbs or 19 ftlbs.

Thanks.

There are B&B Shorties and they are connecting to the collection pipe before the cats.
