Default Underdrive Pulley

How do I know if I have a bad underdrive pulley? I have a 00 Z28 that just had an underdrive pulley installed along with a torque converter. The motor on rev up to 1700 starts to vibrate a little. Oil pressure is great and the vibe isn't present any where else. Could it be the pulley or the torque converter?

Look at the pulley while the engine is running.....does it look like it's wobbling at all? If not, I'd say it's probably ok and the converter is your suspect.

Agreed, I would also check your motor mounts before you bring it to a shop for the converted tho, just by chance its a mount you can save a lot of diagnosis $
