Is your AIR system working properly, how is your A/F ratio. Did you get a tune after you did the install. I hear LT's will make your car rich, so if too much gas is being dumped on your cats that could make them go out.

Those magnaflow cats suck. I blew out the passenger side internals after approx. 5k miles. I'm no longer a big fan of them, I just put on an ORY.
That's obviously not an option for you. As posted above, it's very possible that after your LT install, you're car is running rich. This could very well lead to the demise of those cats.
Excess fuel can plug/destroy a catalytic converter with ease. And if it did so in 3 months time, you must be running pretty rich.
You can also test this theory, with an infra red temp. gun. Check the inlet, and outlet sides of each cat, and compare them.

Unless you plan on another biggish mod soon I recommend getting a tune, it will:
a) Improve throttle response
b) Optimise the performance parts you have (maxmimum power)
c) Make sure the engine is safe
d) Checks to make sure there isn't an underlying problem
It really beats me that people will spend thousands on parts and then scrimp and not want to spend a few hundred getting a tune. It's like going to the expense and hassle of preparing a fancy dinner for two and then forgetting to invite the other person.
