nick williams 90mm tb replacement blade
i bought a used one of a guy and he drilled a extra hole in it and it make my car idel high when i come to a stop for a few seconds then come back down where it should be

You may be able to back off the adjustment screw on it if it has been moved any. You really need a scan tool to track down the problem though. If it comes back to idle after you stop then the hole probably isn't too big. They come with a .125 hole.

there is the hole that come with them stock then another one about 1/4in above it only had this problem when i changed the tb.....it will idel at 2k for about 30 seconds then corect its self

NW, I had the same problem with the used FAST tb I bought. I bought a new blade and shaft from FAST and it fixed the same problem i had above. I was also throwing a P0507 and P0121 code with the old blade

Might not be the extra hole in the TB. Your IAC plunger is probably freaking out. Chuck over at HPE tuned mine so that it idles at around 1500-1700 when i let off the gas, but when i come to a complete stop, it goes down to normal. This makes it drive like stock.
Try to do something temporary to see if it corrects the problem. Stick a 1/4" bolt and nut on there or something to plug it and see if it fixes the problem. Don't want to go through all that trouble of getting a new one and it not help your problem.
