Not sure but id like to have an answer also im looking to buy some MSD or ACCEL wires with the NGK plugs

They work fine and they are inexpensive. I didn't notice any performance gains, nor did I expect any, but I saved a few bucks.

It depends if you old ones are fouled out or not, the worse the old ones the better the new ones will feel

No performance gains, 0 hp added. Just a good plug to go with for the price. No such plug that will gain hp....

Don't hope for gains, only hope that the car runs a little smoother. Gap those badboys at .050-.055 and you'll be set.

im a firm believer in the DELCOs. Yeah. There expensive but last longer and I have never had a problem with them.. Stray far away from bosch
