No notching. You dont need anything else really. You will not hook your rear o2'S up. It will throw a service engine light unless you put o2 sims in the rear o2 plugs. You will probably throw a light anyway so I wouldnt waste money on sims. Just get the codes deleted.

I would reuse your stock metal header gaskets.

Those holes are where the FRONT O2 sensors screw in. You need them. You do NOT need the rear O2 sensors, which only check for cat operation.

The O2 extensions are to make the FRONT O2's reach the holes for them in the collectors. You do not need rear O2's, or bungs.

I just installed my Pacesetters on Sunday and the fitment was perfect. Some of the easiest headers I've ever installed. You will prolly need something to keep the y pipe from hitting the floor on the drivers side though.

You really should do poly motor mounts while you are doing the header install. I thought that I did not want to take my car to that level and two months later I was doing them with the headers on. My trans mount went bad so i replaced it with the energy suspension mount but then i knew that I needed to do the motor mounts poly as well. You will thank yourself in the long run and you will not have to worry about the y pipe banging.

Everyone should consider doing poly mounts when installing headers. There's no better time to do them, and they usually solve any/all banging issues from tight clearances.

I wish I would have done the poly motor mounts when I did my LT's...I'm doing them now with the headers already on and they are a PITA.
