Any one else tried this???
I've searched, but JOECAR is the only person I've seen do this (relocate the pcv into the oil cap). It seems like a pretty good idea and an easy enough fix, but can anyone think of any adverse effects this might have? Thanks!

Why do all that? I mean i know it fixes the PCV problem but why not just get a LS6 valley cover and do it the right way? I did it and it turned out great. Sure it costs more but its done correctly. I guess its your choice.

I don't think hooking that other line up to the original PCV connection is a good idea. Relocating the PCV to the oil fill cap, that's not bad IMO, but the right thing to do I think would be to remove all the factory lines and cap them off where the original PCV was, place the PCV in the oil fill cap like shown, and then run a hose from there to the intake, and leave the small hose going from the TB to the valvecover alone where it was. Hooking the small hose up from the TB to the original hose, is going to still have the same problem I think.
