Default o2 sensor on the exhaust

on my 2000 SS there is an O2 Sensor on the exhaust but it has an slp y pipe on it and the O2 sensor wasnt plugged up but there was a black rubber board in place of it that connects to the plug. can anyone tell me what this is for and how i can get a replacement for it because it broke and i looked at slp and didnt see it. if anyone can help it would be appreciated.

on the rear o2's it would be an o2 simm(simmulator) which can be bought from many of the sites sponsors to the right

Sounds like the o2 sensor went bad, and instead of replacing it, the previous owner put an o2 sim in the harness, and left the o2 sensor in the pipe
I'm assuming this is the after cat sensor
