What is the best way to drain and refill the power steering fluid? 2002 Z28

I'd grab a turkey baster type of syringe and remove as much fluid as possible, then refill. That's the clean way.

The other way would be to drain the resevoir, then disconnect the return line and manually turn the pump to drain all the fluid. Now your need to refill it, and then go lock to lock to remove all of the air bubbles trapped in the system.
