I am looking at buying some new spark plugs for my 43000 mile Z28. I heard that your spark plug gap should be changed for every 10 HP additional from stock. I have 310RWHP which is up from its stock 285-290RWHP but GM rates my engine @ 305HP. Should I stay @ stock gap or should I get something different?

id get some NGK tr-55's and keep em gapped at .055. You can run those until youre solidly in the mid 400 RWHP range. Theyre cheap, but you should change them every 25K miles or so.
