should sound ok, so you have just the muffler and not the whole cat back?

I had my SLP's and y-pipe put on before I got my CB. I had a 80's series on there. There is a difference between the stock manifolds and the LT's. With mine it sounding cool. It even had that slight "Mustang" hollow sound to it.

whole catback, there is no difference between whole catback and just the muffler. the only difference is you get tips and the other pipes. it sounds nice and smooth on my car with my cutout closed but thats a rare occasion.
