Why you don't want slip on collectors...
I wish I had taken a picture.
My wife hates driving my car and avoids it at all cost, but her SUV was full of stuff from going to the race last week, and I was unloding it. So she takes my car to a friends house to pick up our 20 month old daughter. She hit the curb/driveway entrace, bottomed out my car and pulled my left side exhaust off from the collector back. I had to drive over there to cut the exhaust hangar so I could get it loose and drive it home. Anyways, I got a local shop to put it back on and tack weld that SOB in place.
Lesson learned - If you have slip on collectors, weld those F-ers on.
